Since September 2020, the Scholarly Communication Unit of the Hellenic Academic Libraries Link (HEAL-Link) has been publishing quarterly progress reports on the Open Access programs of the Consortium, in order to regularly assess their development and to adjust HEAL-Link’s strategy and tactics accordingly.
